Technology/Telecommunications infrastructure
The Sydney telephony solution is based on Genesys' Internet Suite 6.5, working in conjunction with a NEC PABX. Prestige International Sydney has developed our own CRM system on this platform Prestige CRM (PCRM). PCRM has been developed in-house over a period of three years, as a result, PCRM is fast, easy to use, and can be customized quickly to a client's requirements.
