The Hong Kong hub is a new leading edge facility located in the world famous Harbour City complex in the heart of Hong Kong, within walking distance of major luxury brand retailers. Remaining flexible to the environment has seen the operation expand in size and capability and we remain ready to respond and expand to match the changing needs of our clients.

	The Global Contact Center (GCC) Division provides high quality, high value interactions in support of our luxury brand client’s customer care programs. A full service customer care solution is available, including pre-sales assistance, order entry, fulfillment enquiries, dispute resolution and up- and cross-selling.
	The Overseas Insurance Assistance Division provides emergency assistance and claims adjudication services to Japanese travelers and residents holding overseas insurance policies. We provide comprehensive trouble resolution and assistance services, and subsequent claim processing to customers traveling overseas for business or pleasure.
	The Healthcare Division administers a comprehensive medical and dental program for Japanese expatriates. The program is designed to mirror the benefits available through the Japanese National Health Insurance program.
	The Credit Card Division provides both front and back-end support to the All Nippon Airways (ANA) Hong Kong credit card program, a Visa credit card offered to ANA frequent flyer members and issued through a three-way partnership between ANA, Dah Sing Bank and Prestige International. The Credit Card Division handles lost/ stolen card emergency processing, after-hours credit authorisation enquiries, profile updates, contract cancellation and trouble resolution, and other credit card related services.
