Prestige International's Akita BPO Campus (call center and business process outsourcing (BPO) facility) is located in the northwest region of Japan, in the city of Akita in Akita prefecture. The facility, while located on the main island, offers operating costs that are lower than those experienced in Tokyo. And with a large, highly educated labor pool and the enthusiastic support of local government, Prestige is able to maintain our offering of the highest quality of service for a price point lower than Tokyo operations.

The Akita BPO Campus, which supports both Japanese and foreign clients of Prestige International, is a state-of-the-art Western-style facility, with open corridors, a fitness center, cafeteria and lounge, and an on-site day-care facility. Prestige International was the first call center company in Japan to offer on-site day care and baby-sitting for their staff.

In addition to facilities that provide for a comfortable working environment for employees, the Akita BPO Campus employs the strongest safeguards to protect client data.   The facility employs both physical and electronic security measures and has implemented an information security management system throughout the organization that is certified as compliant with the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system (ISMS) standard.
